Return Policy

Would you like to return your order? Under certain conditions it's possible to return your purchase at your own expense during a period of 14 days starting from receipt of your order.

Return Conditions

• To obtain a refund or exchange, all items must be returned in their original condition with the original packaging and labels.
• Please note that if an item is customised on your request an exchange or refund is under no circumstances possible. Custom-made means you've requested a different size, color, type of flower or product than available and displayed/described on our webshop.
• Returning the goods will be at your own expense, unless it concerns a damaged/incorrect delivery

Return Policy

• Please send an e-mail to info@flannel.be to let us know you want to return your order. Please mention your name, ordernumber and the item/items you would like to return.
• We will send you a Return Label by e-mail which you can use to return your order, it's really easy!
• Apply the Return Label on the parcel and bring it to your local Post office
• We will refund the goods, minus the costs of return (you can find shipping rates on our Shipping Policy page, 6,80 EUR in Belgium)
• If you would like to make the return yourself, please send the item/items within 14 days after receipt to (and inform us by e-mail):

Refunds

After receiving your package a refund will be made within 14 days. You will be notified by e-mail.
