Found something you love? Great! Once we received your order we'll get started for you. Our products are handmade and require some preparation time. We do our very best to prepare and ship your order within 3 to 5 working days. Please gently be reminded that dated deliveries are not possible.

Delivery options

1. Postal service

Once ready, we'll hand over your order to B post who will be delivering it to you. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with information on when to expect your parcel.

If you did not get a confirmation e-mail or the delivery of your order takes longer than 12 working days something might have gone wrong. Don't hesitate to contact us (info@flannel.be, +32495/62.86.66 during office hours) and we'll do our very best to resolve the issue or find a solution.

2.Local delivery in Mechelen

Are you, just as we are, a local based in Mechelen and loving our flowers? We'll be delivering them to you ourselves! On your check-out, opt for Local Delivery, and we'll be sending you a text with the scheduled time of delivery which is normally between 5 and 7 PM

Found something in our webshop and ready to order? As soon as you have placed an order, we will get to work for you. All products in our webshop are handmade and therefore require some preparation time. We aim to ship your package within 3 to a maximum of 5 working days. Unfortunately, it is not possible to deliver products from our webshop on a specific date, so always order in time if it concerns a special event!

Delivery options

1. The Mail

Once your package has been prepared by us, we will deliver it to Bpost. They will continue to work and ensure that the package reaches you. You can expect a confirmation email containing more information about when you can expect your order.

Did you not receive a confirmation e-mail or does the delivery of your package take longer than 12 working days? Then there is a chance that something went wrong. In this case, please contact us (info@flannel.be, +32495/62.86.66 during office hours) and we will check exactly what is going on as soon as possible and look for a solution.

2. Local delivery in Mechelen

Are you, like us, a real Malinois? And crazy about our flowers too? We are happy to deliver them to your door! Choose the Local Delivery option at check-out and we will send you a message/SMS with the planned time of delivery, which will take place on average between 5 and 7 pm.
