We work with the highest quality dried flowers and preserved flowers, ensuring they retain their beauty for a long time (provided they are stored correctly). All our dried flower items and accessories can stay in top condition for at least six to twelve months.

All our bridal bouquets and accessories are freshly made and hand-tied, which means waiting times can increase during wedding season. To ensure a stress-free process, we recommend placing your order from four months up to a maximum of three weeks before your event or wedding. For custom work, we advise placing your order at least six weeks before your event. Are you in a hurry and need your dried flowers sooner? Please check the 'Rush Order' section.

Our studio has recently moved from Mechelen to Heist-op-den-Berg. We do not have a permanent physical shop and work exclusively with shipping. For this, we collaborate with Bpost as our partner. Everything is safely packaged with sturdy packing materials so you can confidently expect your dried flower bouquet at your door!

For practical reasons, it is not possible to pick up your order.

Because we assemble, package, and ship each order by hand, you should expect an average delivery time of ten to fifteen business days. If you have chosen a custom order, we will first order the correct materials, which may extend the delivery time to fifteen to twenty business days. We therefore recommend ordering all your floral work in good time so that the run-up to your wedding or event can proceed stress-free.

Given the many requests we receive to deliver an order earlier than the expected timeframe, this is not always possible. However, you may always note the date of your event in the comments, so that we can take this into account as much as possible. Are you in a great hurry? Then take a look at the options for a rush order.

Please note: It is possible that you have already received a notification from Bpost that your package has been registered for delivery. This is only an administrative start of the shipping process and does not mean that your order is already ready to be shipped.

Since we assemble each order by hand, you should allow for an average delivery time of ten to fifteen business days. Is your event or wedding taking place earlier than this anticipated period? Then it's best to opt for a rush order.

With a rush order, we will start working on your order immediately and ensure that it is shipped within 2 business days. For the delivery of your express order, we work with Bpost, who deliver most packages to your home the next business day. (Flannel is not responsible for delayed delivery by our partner Bpost).

An example: You place a rush order on Wednesday afternoon. We ensure that it leaves Bpost by Friday at the latest, and is likely to be delivered to your door on Monday (Tuesday at the latest).

Please note: Because we do not have the opportunity/time to purchase special ingredients or raw materials for an express order, we are limited to our in-house stock. It is therefore possible that your order may deviate slightly from the product ordered, where we will use a different equivalent type of flower here and there, something you pinky promise will barely notice! For the same reason, custom work for an express order is limited to a self-chosen color palette and shape of bouquet or accessory.

How does this work?

Step 1: Inspiration

Perhaps you've already browsed our webshop or used Pinterest, seen something beautiful at a friend's or acquaintance's... It's always helpful if you can send us some visual examples via email of the style or styles you have in mind. Based on this, we'll determine the look & feel of your bouquet or accessory, and for a bridal bouquet, the shape (do you prefer round or a more playful X-shape) as well as the desired size. If you want specific flowers in your dried bouquet, this can also be discussed. As soon as we have a clear idea, we'll get to work on a unique design that will always reflect our own vibe and style, but with your wishes in mind.

Step 2: Color Palette

You can send us a specific color palette via email, or simply let us know which colors you'd like to see included. This can also be added in the comments during the order process.

Would you like us to coordinate all accessories/bouquets...in terms of colors and style? You can also easily communicate this via email or in the comments when ordering.

Step 3: Proceed to Order

Most items can be found in our webshop under the "Custom" section. This way, you can easily place your order through the webshop. Did you request something special with items not readily available in our webshop? Then you can send us the necessary details (such as the delivery address) via email, and we will create an order overview for you. This will land in your mailbox and contain a payment link through which you can confirm your order.

We deliberately choose special and high-quality dried flowers and preserved flowers that, with proper storage, can retain their beauty for an incredibly long time. On average, you can expect your products to remain fully intact for at least six months, although your bridal bouquet or accessory can remain a showpiece in your home for years.

To ensure that your wedding flowers or accessories last as long as possible and retain their beauty, it is necessary to store and care for them in the following way:

-Avoid damp areas such as bathrooms, cellars, and the like. Moisture can cause the preserved flowers to bleed color and can lead to mold. Prolonged damp weather can also lead to such adverse effects, in which case you should place the dried flowers in a well-heated room (of course, do not place them too close to radiators or heat sources to avoid fires).

-Keep your dried flowers away from direct or indirect sunlight. Sunlight makes dried flowers brittle and causes colors to fade more quickly. This will shorten the shelf life of your bridal bouquet or accessory.

-Dried flowers and preserved flowers remain natural products with a certain sensitivity. You should treat them with care and a gentle hand to preserve them for as long as possible.

STORAGE UNTIL YOUR EVENT:

-For a bridal bouquet, we recommend storing the dried bouquet upright in a vase, with the ribbons neatly to the side. This way, the flowers will best retain their shape. Store the bridal bouquet in an enclosed space such as a wardrobe, away from sunlight and moisture.

-Accessories: it is best to store these in the matching box or bag in a safe place such as a chest of drawers, away from sunlight and moisture.

Have you changed your mind and would you like to return or cancel your order? You can. In this case, you have fourteen calendar days to return your order or to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Do you wish to return something? Please contact us; we will gladly provide you with a return label. You do not have to pay the return shipping costs.
