For practical reasons pick-up is not possible. Every order will be shipped to you.

Our products, made of dried flowers, are handmade on demand and will be shipped within 12 - 15 working days.

Did you order custom work? Sometimes we need to purchase unique dried flowers for your order so delivery will be taking up to at least 15 working days.

To order stressfree for your event or wedding we recommand to order your flowers at least 2 months up to 3 weeks in advance.

Are you in need of a rush order? For an additional charge you can make use of the 'rush order delivery option' at the checkout*. You can find more information at the FAQ section.

Dried flower items can remain beautiful for months or even years under the right conditions:

-keep away from humid areas (bathrooms!) and water

-Do not place them in direct sunlight

-Keep accessories in their sealed box

-Handle dried flowers with care

Each dried flower item is handmade in our atelier in Heist-op-den-Berg (we relocated from Mechelen) and each item is unique. Since dried flowers are a natural product, it is possible that the color of a certain flower type differs slightly from the photos or that we unfortunately no longer have one or more flower types in stock. In this case we replace it with an equivalent type of flower, always striving to approach the original product as closely as possible.
